My webhost lost all of the information we had on the site, the files, the SQL databases, backups, everything, and basically told me to deal with it.  So I switched over all of my sites to a real webhost with national recognition, so hopefully this wont happen again.  With that being said, I DO have ALL orders so none of those were lost, but sadly, all accounts were lost, so you will have to make a new account if you previously had one.
